The Pulsar 150 is powered by the same old 149.5cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that now gets fuel-injected to comply with BS6 emission norms. The BS6 motor makes 14PS at 8500rpm and 13.2Nm at 6500rpm, 0.15Nm less than the BS4 iteration. Power remains the same. The kerb weight has gone up by 4kg, the Bajaj Pulsar 150 now tipping the scales at 148kg.
There are no changes in terms of underpinnings on the BS6 version of the Bajaj Pulsar 150. You find the same telescopic fork and twin shock arrangement as before. The front wheel gets a disc brake as standard while at the rear you have an option of a 230mm disc or a 130mm drum brake. Single-channel ABS comes as standard.
