Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has today launched the 2025 edition of the popular SP 125 commuter motorcycle in the Indian market. The updated model receives several changes to comply with the latest OBD 2B emission norms and features subtle design updates and a host of new features.

Price and Variants Of Honda SP 125

  • The 2025 Honda SP 125 is available in two variants: Drum and Disc.
  • The Drum brake variant is priced at Rs. 91,771 (ex-showroom).
  • The Disc brake variant is priced at Rs. 1,00,284 (ex-showroom).

Engine and Performance of Honda SP 125

  • The motorcycle continues to be powered by the same 124cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 10.72 bhp and 10.9 Nm of torque.
  • The engine has been updated to comply with the OBD 2B emission norms.
  • The 5-speed manual transmission ensures smooth gear shifts.

Design and Styling of Honda SP 125

  • The 2025 SP 125 features a refreshed design with sharper lines and contours.
  • The front end sports a new LED headlight with a more aggressive look.
  • The tail section has also been redesigned with a new LED taillight.
  • The motorcycle features new graphics and color options.

Features and Technology Of Honda SP 125

  • The 2025 SP 125 comes equipped with a 4.2-inch TFT instrument cluster.
  • The digital instrument cluster offers Bluetooth connectivity and is compatible with the Honda RoadSync app.
  • The app allows riders to access navigation, calls, messages, and music playback on the instrument cluster.
  • The motorcycle also features a USB Type-C charging port for convenient smartphone charging.
  • A voice assist function adds to the convenience and safety of the rider.

The 2025 Honda SP 125 is available in five new color options:

  • Pearl Igneous Black
  • Matt Axis Grey Metallic
  • Pearl Siren Blue
  • Imperial Red Metallic
  • Matt Marvel Blue Metallic

Brakes and Wheels

  • The Drum variant comes with drum brakes on both wheels.
  • The Disc variant features a 240mm front disc brake and a 130mm rear drum brake.
  • Both variants ride on 18-inch alloy wheels.

  • Honda claims that the 2025 SP 125 offers a fuel efficiency of up to 68 kmpl.
